Agent Mortgage is currently seeking applicants for the position of Loan Partner. This position is for Real Estate Agents, Insurance Agents, Accountants, or other professionals desiring to help their clients obtain mortgage loans and get paid a commission for originating their client's mortgage loan application.

Loan Officer Sales Associates who are hired to assist a loan officer in their sales activities should also use these same hiring documents except that they should substitute the Loan Officer Sales Associate Employment Agreement for the Loan Partner Employment Agreement..

All Loan Partner applicants will need to print-out & complete forms #1-6 below.

All Loan Officer Sales Associate applicants will need to print-out & complete forms #1, 3-6, & 7 below.

Please note that forms 3, 4, & 5 have the ability for you to type directly your information into them before you print them.

1. Employment Application This is what you need to print and fill-out to apply for employment with Agent Mortgage.

2. Loan Partner Employment Agreement This is the employment contract that needs to be printed and signed by all Loan Partner applicants.

3. Federal I-9 Employment Eligibility Form This form will need to be printed and filled-out, and copies of the appropriate identification documents supplied to Agent Mortgage prior to hiring. Make sure that you submit copies of the appropriate identification documents as listed on page 3 of the document.

4. Federal W-4 Form This form will need to be printed and filled-out and submitted for federal tax withholding purposes.

5. Arizona State A-4 Withholding Percentage Form This form will need to be printed and filled-out and submitted for Arizona state tax withholding purposes.

6. Character Reference Form 2 Required. Please have two individuals that know you from a current or former employer fill-out and complete this form and send the two completed forms in with the other employment forms.

7. Loan Officer Sales Associate Employment Agreement This is the employment contract that needs to be printed and signed by all Loan Loan Officer Sales Associate applicants.

Commission Split Authorization Form This form is used to authorize the splitting of commission between Loan Officers and Loan Officer Sales Associates.

Real Estate Disclosure & Credit Authorization Form The bottom portion of this form is signed by the loan applicant to give authorization to perform a credit check. The top part is filled-out and signed only when a licensed Real Estate Agent is originating the mortgage loan on a property for which the Real Estate Agent is also representing the loan applicant in the real estate transaction and will be receiving real-estate sales commission on the sale of the property along with a loan commission payment.

Regulations Governing Real Estate Agents Earning Commissions on Loan Origination This document is the Federal and Arizona State rules and regulations pertaining to real estate agents receiving both loan origination commissions and real estate sales commissions on the same piece of property while representing Agent Mortgage.
